PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE COVERAGE

Once per year a complete inspection of the oil burner, equipment, flue passages and instrument adjustment for highest combustion efficiency and maximum savings should be scheduled. Performed only during normal business hours.

LABOR COVERAGE

Normal Business Hours are 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday except for major holidays. Labor coverage for items in the Service Agreement will be performed at ‘No Charge’ during our ‘Normal Business Hours.’

After Normal Business Hours labor charge for items in the Service Agreement, will have a customer co-pay of $25.00.

Labor charges for items not included in the Service Agreement will be billed to the customer at our hourly rates. (Minimum one hour).

DOMESTIC HOT WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT

Oil Fired Water Heater Plan provides parts coverage on your oil burner and control system as listed in the heating unit parts coverage, and includes the Annual Tune-up.
Not Covered Combustion chamber, vessel (tank), relief valve, smoke pipe, draft regulator, water cleanup or damage.

Indirect Hot Water Heater Plan provides parts & labor coverage for the bronze or stainless steel circulator pump, thermostat and wiring.
Not Covered Vessel (tank), relief valve, water clean-up or damage.

Domestic Hot Water Service Agreement can be purchased only in conjunction with the heating System Service Agreement.
